Drama Festival Registration

There are a limited number of slots available and each production will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. To accommodate shows from as many schools as possible, each school is limited to one production, unless they would like to bring a dance piece as well. We are asking your assistance in “spreading the word” to dance teachers in either the academic or private sectors.

Your Registration and T-shirt form is due on or before Jan. 25, 2010. If you choose not to pre-order T-Shirts, there will be some T-Shirts available for individual purchase at the check-in table during the festival.

• Your registration payment will secure your production slot and is non-refundable.
• The cost for each production is $35.
• There is a student fee of $10.
• A late fee of $10 will be added to the registration fee for all forms mailed after Jan 25, 2010.
• You do not have to bring a production to participate in the festival.

This year we have an exciting new meal plan option that will be available to you and your students.  We are offering discounted prices in the Crossroads Dining Hall on campus if you purchase your tickets through us.  There will be a separate line to accommodate you and your students so that the service will be fast and efficient.  All you have to do is present them with your meal ticket which will be provided for you in your welcome packet.  This is an exciting opportunity for your students to experience college dining.  Because this price includes an all you can eat buffet, this is the best value anywhere in town.  The meal plans are:

Plan A: 4 Lunches- $18 per student. You save $10.80 per student

Plan B: 2 Dinners- $12 per student. You save $6.60 per student

Plan C: 4 Lunches and 2 Dinners- $30 per student. You save $17.40 per student

Plan D: 3 Breakfasts 4 Lunches and 2 Dinners- $43.50 per student. You save $19.50 per student
